Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (Kıb-Tek) General Directorate stated that the line numbered 0548 829 62 30 can be called in case of emergency, and asked that other contact numbers in the press not be respected.

In the statement made by the institution, it was noted that:

It states that the Call Center has been disabled due to the Cyprus Turkish Electricity Corporation Employees’ Union (El-Sen) decision not to do business, and that the only active line is 0548 829 62 30 in order to respond to emergencies so that citizens do not experience any grievances. We indicate that other contact numbers that appear should not be respected.”
