President Ersin Tatar Emphasizes the Importance of Art on World Art Day
April 15 is celebrated as World Art Day worldwide, marking the birth anniversary of the iconic artist, Leonardo Da Vinci. President Ersin Tatar of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) joined in the celebrations by publishing a message highlighting the role of art in social and human life.
In his message, President Tatar acknowledged the critical role that artists play in Turkish Cypriot art and culture. He stated that the presence of artists who convey deep passages of life with their universal language, style, and creativity is integral to the intellectual world of the country’s art scene.
